I travelled to Moscar Lodge right on the Yorkshire/Derbyshire boundary and headed south over the moors towards Stanage Edge.
About half way along the edge I took the Long Causeway down to the road and then made my way down to Hathersage using various paths and tracks.
I didn't go to the pub in Hathersage; the sign was only a few feet away from the bus stop.
A walk spoiled by the weather; a cold easterly wind and a dark, miserable day - it certainly wasn't what was forecast.
