Denaby Ings Nature Reserve and Sprotbrough

A short walk of about a mile along the footpath which surrounds Denaby Ings Nature Reserve with my support worker this lunchtime, about a mile I suppose. It's difficult to actually catch a good view of the water without going into one of the hides; there are a couple of lovely open meadow areas though with views looking up the hill to High Melton.

We then drove the couple of miles to Sprotbrough for tea and a granola flapjack each, sitting down by the river.
