Beverley and Walkington

A day out with Siobhan to the East Riding. We made our annual trip to Beverley and stopped on the way back at the pretty village of Walkington.

I concentrated on taking photographs of the pubs in Beverley; the only one I didn't photograph was the Cross Keys, the Wetherspoon's pub which was the only one we actually went inside for a drink.

I did take photographs of other buildings as well though.

We spent about twenty minutes at Walkington, it would have been longer if we'd visited the church, but it's at the edge of the village and at the top of a hill. Siobhan was too tired; she was a bit stiff and sore after getting on a horse last night for the first time in ten years.
