It's sunny now that I've got back home but earlier this afternoon it was disappointingly cloudy - so that's why most of my photographs are in black and white.
The first church we visited was Marr; quite a nice church, spoiled by what both myself and Marshall thought was a modern spire...but I've just found out that it was added in the fifteenth century. The churchyard isn't particularly attractive; there are modern houses opposite.
The church at Brodsworth isn't as attractive but its location is much better; surrounded by woodland, right next to the gardens at Brodsworth Hall.
