A day out in Lincoln with my support worker. We stayed at the southern end of the city centre, we didn't go up the hill to visit the castle and the cathedral because Siobhan would struggle with climbing up the steep cobbled street up to the top; I could have probably managed it since my legs are well on the way to recovery now, but I still would have had difficulty coming back down.
My walks in the Peak District and the surrounding areas, using public transport to get there...also some of my days out; when I still walk quite a bit too.

Leeds Waterfront
I've just got back from Leeds after meeting a couple of friends for a meal at a steakhouse on the waterfront area behind the railway station. It was still daylight and so I took some photographs.
My legs were the strongest and least painful they've been since my injury last summer, I managed to climb up and down several flights of stairs.

Grimsby
A run out to Grimsby today: a rather disappointing day, there's not much to see there. We couldn't even find a decent pub to have a meal in and ended up in one that looked more like a nightclub. On the drive back home to Doncaster we called at Lilly's Tearooms in the village of Keelby, we were quite impressed.
